Swedish Cooking Class
- Swedish Cooking class on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 1pm at Nordic House in Berkeley. We have an amazing class lined up! The theme will be contemporary Scandinavian cuisine. The menu includes:
- Lamb chops with zucchini and mushrooms with yogurt and mint sauce
- new potato salad with herbs and green beens
- Aquavit sorbet
Participants will get a chop, salad and dessert. Cost is $10 per person.

Class participants are encouraged to pickle herring and bring to next Fylgia Lodge meeting which will involve sampling the Aquavit we infused. The combination of herring and Aquavit is a Scandinavian tradition.
