Meeting Information
The District Lodge Pacific Northwest No. 13 Spring Executive Board Meeting will take place in Seattle, WA. Saturday, April 22, 2017, Starting promptly at 9:00AM at the Ballard-Eagleson VFW Post 3063 on Market Street, Hosted by Frihet Lodge No. 401. Frihet lodge No. 401 will provide coffee, tea, water & juice and light morning foods. A lunch will be served in the same room at lunchtime.

Executive Board members (District Master, Vice District Master, District Secretary, Vice District Secretary, District Membership Chairman, District Treasurer, District Cultural Leader, Junior Past District Master, Executive Board Member 1, Executive Board Member 2, and Trustee) are required to attend. All other elected and appointed District officers are invited to attend (no per diem or mileage). All District Deputies are invited to attend as well as all members of local lodges. Please encourage members of your lodge to attend the meeting.
All officers and District Deputies are required to submit a written report of your activities since the last Executive Board Meeting in September. Please submit your written report to the District Secretary, Michael Berg, no later than April 7, 2017.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hotel Nexus under the name "Vasa Order of America" at a rate of $99/night + Tax, and includes breakfast. Room rates will be held until March 20th, 2017. Please book your room early.

Friday Evening Dinner
We will have a no-host dinner on Friday evening at Chinook's at Salmon Bay at 5:30 PM. (This Restaurant is about 5 miles South of Hotel Nexus . Alana Brandstrom has made arrangements for this dinner and I hope to see as many of you there as possible.

It has been a long time since we have all gotten together. I am looking forward to seeing you in Seattle in April to take care of District Business. A big thank you to Barrett Monsaas, Alana Brandstrom, Julie Hanson and to all members of Frihet Lodge No. 401 for their willingness to host this Spring Executive Board Meeting. It should be a fun weekend!
